Sample file lookup

• Sample file lookup means looking for the file in a group of files.
• A files is a thing which contains data. Ex: Images, videos, software, text files etc.,
• To look the file easily all the files are arranged in a systematic order.
• Files can be arranged by names in ascending or descending order.
• They can be arranged or group by type, alphabetical order (Name), Type, date, etc., as shown in image below.

•  In addition to group by we also have sort option with similar options as shown in image below.
